“MAGIC WATER” THE WATER REPELLENT SOLUTION

Protective, transparent satin, repels water in any form.

It’s odorless and silky to the touch.

Resistant to atmospheric agents, rough staining, scratches, bumps and high wear and tear. Non-yellowing.

Highly breathable.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

HOW TO PREPARE THE SURFACE:

– If there is a preexisting paint, ensure that it’s not flaked or irregular.
If that’s the case, remove the paint.

– Wash with a mixture of water, baking soda and ammonia. Use a sponge (a dish sponge-like is fine) and rinse with a soft cloth and water if needed.

– Ensure that all the joints and holes are sealed. If not, plaster, sand them, and remove the dust before proceeding with the treatment.

– If there is any silicone (ex. shower and bathroom), fully remove it.
Pay attention to any remains. When the mixture is completely dried, you can re-apply the silicone.

– The mixture must be applied on a dry surface.

– During the application, the surface must not be exposed to humidity.
The surface must be clean of any stains, like grease, oil and others.

THE MIXTURE MUST BE USED WITHIN 2 HOURS FROM THE COMPONENTS MIXING.

IT’S IMPORTANT HAVING A CONSTANT TEMPERATURE DURING THE ENTIRE TREATMENT. THERE MUST BE NO THERMAL SHOCKS.

INSIDE THE BOX YOU’LL FIND:

BASE A BICOMPONENT AND BASE B CATALYSIS

MIXING:

1. Stir well the BASE A BICOMPONENT, for a few minutes, using a metallic or plastic stick (not wood). The Magic Paint steel lid opener is perfect for this use.
2. Pour all the liquid of the can BASE B CATALYSIS into the can BASE A BICOMPONENT.
3. Mix the two components for 2-3 minutes until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

If the temperature is high and the weather is dry, the mixture can be diluted with water only after having mixed the components A and B.

– 10 gr. (0.35 oz.) of water for the 250 gr. (8.8 oz.) can

– 40 gr. (1.4 oz.) of water for the 750 gr. (26.5 oz.) can

APPLICATION:

• – We suggest using the “Super Silk”, a brush tailored for this product, or the Magic Paint sponge roller.
• – Apply a uniform layer of mixture using the criss-cross brush stroke.
• – On irregulare surfaces, use the circular brush stroke and spread the mixture lenghtwise.
• – During the application, the mixture will have a “whitish” color. After having completely dried, it will turn satinized and transparent.
• – Apply a second coat if needed.
• – The product yield is for two coats is:

DRYING TIME TO THE TOUCH: 2 hours (varying from season and air humidity).

DRYING TIME BEFORE A SECOND COAT: about 18/24 hours.

COMPLETE DRYING: 6/7 days (when completely dried, you can step on the coat or put heavy furniture on it).

– FLOORS (CONCRETE, WOOD, TILES, STONE, MARBLE)

– FURNITURE (WOOD, IRON, PLASTIC, GLASS ECC.)

– INSIDE THE SHOWER

– SUITABLE TO ALL SURFACES REQUIRING HIGH WATERPROOF RESISTANCE
