SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

Elisir Home always supports environment protection.

We are fully aware of how dangerous it is to release polluting plastics in our environment, therefore we strive to reduce polluting packaging when shipping our products.

We ship our parcels using km 0 “Maggengo” hay, produced by farmers in our area, supporting their work and ensuring a very limited environmental impact.

Hoping to please you, we invite you to support us by being patient with the dust created by the hay and kindly informing us about any allergies beforehand!

The delivery time

The delivery time is clearly stated in each product description. Generally, your order will be delivered within 2-4 working days (we will contact you in case of different shipping time).
Please note that if paying by bank transfer we first need to display the successful payment in order to proceed with the shipment.

Shipping costs – ITALY

Shipping is free on orders over 50.00 Euros.
On orders below this amount, shipping costs are as follows:
– Continental Italy: 6.90 Euros.

Other areas (free shipping not provided)
– Campione d’Italia: 15.00 Euros.
– Livigno: 55.00 Euros.
– Minor Islands (Anacapri, Barano d’Ischia, Campo nell’Elba, Capoliveri, Capraia Isola, Capri, Carloforte, Casamicciola Terme, Favignana, Forio, Ischia, Caprera Island, Giglio Island, Tremiti Islands, La Maddalena, Lacco Ameno, Lampedusa and Linosa, Leni, Lipari, Malta, Marciana, Pantelleria, Ponza, Porto Azzurro, Portoferraio, Procida, Rio Marina, Rio nell’Elba, Santa Marina Salina, Serrara Fontana, Venice and Ventotene): 20.00 Euros.

Shipping costs OUTSIDE ITALY

Shipping is free on all orders over 89.00 Euros.

On orders below this amount, shipping costs are 15.00 Euros.

Countries where the previous conditions apply are:

Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Netherlands, Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Ireland.

For the United Kingdom, shipping costs are €25.00 for amounts below €89.00.

Delivery time

Once the goods leave our warehouse, the courier will dispatch them within 1-3 working days throughout Italy. Elisir Home is not responsible for delays due to force majeure or due to third parties.

Elisir Home allows you to choose the delivery option you prefer and that best meets your needs:

Collection at our headquarters:

By choosing this delivery method, delivery costs will be excluded. Credit card and cash are both paying methods accepted in our store. You will receive an email or an SMS to inform you that your order is ready for collection and we kindly ask you to inform us regarding place and time of your arrival to gain a better organization.

Collection in a post office:

If you choose this delivery method, payment must be made by bank transfer or credit card or card enabled for online purchases.

Express Courier:

For a better service, the courier will send you an email or an sms with the tracking number (identification number with which you can monitor the exact location of your package in real time) and expected delivery time.

Please always “ACCEPT THE PACKAGE WITH RESERVE” when you get the goods from the courier. This is our only possibility to protect you in case some products are damaged. If the courier does not find you at the address you indicated, it will leave a notice in your mailbox confirming its passage. This notice contains all the information you need to arrange a second delivery attempt. If you do not get in touch with the courier, the parcel will remain in storage at the courier for 5 days. After this time lapse the product will be sent back to Elisir Home which will consider the sales contract terminated. Elisir Home will refund your order, subtracting the delivery, storage and return  costs.

According to the consumer protection law (D. lgs. n. 206/2005) you can return your products within 14 days after receipt without any explanation, although it would be useful for us knowing the reason in order to improve our service!

The communication should be done within 8 days from the date of receipt to [email protected].

The shipping costs will be at your charge so both the costs incurred to send the product back to us and those paid to receive it will be deducted from our refund (even if you have benefited of free shipping it will also be deducted the amount according to our table that you can see on top of the page).

If you want to return only one of the products purchased in a multiple order, the amount refund will only be partial, referring to the returned product.

To obtain a refund, the product must be returned to Elisir Home in its original condition: complete, without tampering and without usage signs. Otherwise the refund will not be made or will be made only partially.

To start the return procedure please follow these simple steps:

• Write your personal data, the product reference data (order number and date), IBAN to proceed with the refund
• Remember to enclose an order confirmation copy inside the package.
