How do you use Magic Wall, the wall paint created by Magic Paint?

ADHERES EVEN ON SMOOTH AND SHINY WALLS

Thanks to its high adhesion power, Magic Wall adheres to all walls, without the use of primers. It is perfect for covering waxed Venetian stucco, enamelled or polished walls.

NO PRIMER, NO CLINGING AGENTS

Magic Wall does not require primers or adhesives, nor does it need to be sanded. It is only necessary to degrease the surface well (if it is polished or waxed) with warm water, ammonia and bicarbonate of soda and then proceed directly with the colour.

SLOW-RELEASE JASMINE SCENT

The Must of Magic Wall is its scent. In addition to being odourless, it has a very delicate jasmine scent that lingers even after application, giving the room you paint a very good scent and a feeling of freshness and cleanliness that will last for many days. The final finish of Magic Wall is semi-satin. It will give brilliance to your walls, without being glossy. For this reason it is not recommended to mix the products of the Magic Wall line with those of the Magic Paint line, it would dull it.

BRIGHT AND SOFT COLOURS, HIGHLY OPAQUE

HIGH RESISTANCE TO SPLASHES AND STAINS

Magic Wall guarantees extreme resistance to water splashes and stains, high durability and impact resistance.

WASHABLE WITH A CLOTH SOAKED IN MILD SOAP AND WATER

Its special protective barrier guarantees an optimal result with a simple wipe with a sponge or microfibre cloth soaked in water or mild soap. Painted walls can be cleaned several times without damaging or discolouring the finish.

Magic Wall is a state-of-the-art semi-satin wall paint.

It is available in two sizes: 4 litres and 750 ml. It is ideal for all rooms in the home, including kitchens and children’s rooms,

where extra maintenance is needed and thanks to its “shield” technology against stains,

not only protects the walls of your home for longer, but also produces a liquid-repellent force that allows you to clean away traces of dirt without damaging the finish.

It has a very high opacity right from the first application, with one or two coats at most.

No primer or fixative is required. It is not advisable to sand down the wall or apply other brands of primer before painting.

Magic Wall is unrivalled, in addition to the countless features listed,

its delicate, slow-release jasmine fragrance will make your home cosy and inviting.

Solvent-free and velvety to the touch, it is suitable for use on interior walls.

It has excellent washability and coverage and is ideal for protecting walls from splashes, washing and abrasion,

even more if protected with the special Transparent Liquid Protectant from the Magic Paint line, diluted with 20% water.

Magic Wall has a high adhesion power on any wall, even smooth and glossy ones, such as waxed Venetian stucco and enamelled or protected walls.

and enamelled walls or walls protected with glossy finishes. It is also perfect on new or pre-treated plaster, gypsum or plasterboard, fine skim coats, old paintwork and wallpaper.

Before application, it is recommended to check that the surface is free of impurities and detachments and that it is dry, clean and stable.

When using fillers to remove any imperfections, wait until completely dry and sand lightly to remove burrs and excess.

The wall coloured with Magic Wall is easy to keep clean over time, simply wipe it with a soft cloth soaked in neutral detergent diluted in water.

APPLICATION

The use of Magic Wall is very simple.

Ready to use, it can be applied with a roller or brush, it can be applied pure, or at most it can be diluted with 5% water.

In most cases, coverage is guaranteed with the first coat.

Mix thoroughly before use.

FIRST COAT: apply the paint pure or, in the case of highly absorbent substrates, diluted with a maximum of 5% with water.

EVENTUAL FINISHING COAT: apply after 4-6 hours pure paint or thinned with maximum 5% with water. Full drying is after about 1 day.

Do not dilute with any other product, any mixing will alter the technical and quality characteristics of the product.

If you want to modify the colour by darkening or lightening some tones, always dilute with the colours of the Magic Wall line. Avoid adding pigments or colours from other lines. ATTENTION: Drying times increase at low temperatures and high levels of humidity.

Do not apply at -5°C or +30°C and high humidity levels.

Application in unsuitable environmental conditions negatively affects drying time.

YIELD: brush application 10/12 sqm per litre; roller application 8/9 sqm per litre.

The yield and the quality of the colouring with Magic Wall is guaranteed to the maximum if brushes and rollers of the Magic Wall line are used.

If mould is present, mechanically remove mould and fungi by brushing and sanding. Wash the areas with a suitable detergent and allow to dry completely.

It is advisable to determine the cause of the mould growth and to remedy it.

In areas with traces of nicotine, wash out persistent traces of impurities and allow to dry completely.

We recommend the application of a specific anti-stain primer before the next application.

CLEANING OF THE BRUSHES: Clean the tools used with water and neutral soap immediately after use.

To keep the bristles soft and velvety over time, after washing, soak them for 20 minutes in conditioner and softener. Rinse and hang upside down.
